Each winner will receive a total reward value of  three tokens to redeem in the gifting suite. Items are available in values of one token, two token, and three tokens, and your selected items must add up to three tokens total.   

You may choose:  

• Three one-token items. 
• One one-token item and one two-token item.  
• One three-token item. 

Please allow 4–8 weeks for delivery following the closure of the gifting suite. We appreciate your patience as we prepare and ship your exclusive rewards.

No. Some gifts and delivery services require a signature upon receipt. Please provide a physical address (a business address is preferred) where someone can sign for the package.

All redemptions are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you. We also need photos of the outside of the box and inside damaged contents emailed to us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assist you.
